Welcome Charlie Rust, Ph.D., DTM, Keynote Speaker, at the District Fall Conference.
Charlie is remembered as a highly visible persona when he was International Director, 1983-1985. He is the State Program coordinator for Agriculture/Natural Resources, Extension Services, and Montana State University.
Charlie uses his Toastmaster skills as part of his work conducting educational programs throughout the Western United States.
